Martina Mathisen returns to Wednesdays @ One on October 29 with a talk designed to revive your spirit and lighten your heart – filled with meaningful stories, smiles and reminders of the strength already inside you. Join us at the Baker Community Center for “The Lift,” a presentation that will help you reconnect with purpose, reflect on past triumphs, and recharge your emotional energy.
Following a recent presentation of this program, Martina shared with us the following: “People leaned in. They laughed. They opened up.
